If we consider our driver is at fault for the collision please see our offer below as to what we can do for you.

Please note that if you choose not to contact Zurich or take advantage of our offer, this may affect your entitlement to recover repair, hire or storage charges that you incur by using the services of a third party.

In any case it is imperative that you show this card to your insurer and any third party repair and/or hire company that you or your legal representative may instruct. It is very important that they are made aware of our offer, so they can advise you accordingly.

OUR OFFER

Our insurers, Zurich, would like to help you with your transport needs. They can arrange a hire vehicle for you and assess your vehicle damages, all paid for by Zurich. They have a network of repairers who will be able to assist with repairing your vehicle.

The hire vehicle will be free of charge to you, with no obligation to pay a deposit, excess, and any damage caused by you to the hire vehicle will be fully insured.
