Idea Harvest

Idea Harvest is MPL’s mechanism for gathering efficiency improving ideas from employees.
It works on the basis that employees are often the ones best placed to see challenges, solutions, and areas for improvement.

The first stage is to submit an overview of your idea(s) and anticipated benefits to the business.

Your focus should be on efficiency improving ideas, particularly with the use of Casemaster, although all ideas are welcome.

Employees who have their ideas come to fruition and demonstrate a benefit, will be rewarded.
