Mitigator is not a conventional TP intervention tool. It is purpose-built to create structured, time-stamped, court-admissible evidence in support of early service offers, ensuring that intervention activity can be robustly defended in future credit hire litigation. Rather than focusing solely on contact and capture, the platform is designed to combine digital engagement with evidential integrity.

Forming part of the MPL technology suite, Mitigator manages outbound engagement, documents alternative service offers, tracks claimant responses, and produces a complete audit trail aligned to established case law principles. This enables insurers and handlers to demonstrate that a compliant and reasonable intervention was made strengthening litigation defence while simultaneously increasing capture performance.
