Your role
As our business continues to grow, we are looking for ambitious, driven, and hardworking individual to join our teams.

Do you have experience in the insurance motor claims process, from first notification to settlement. The role is varied if you have expertise in one area of motor claims or the entire process, we would love to hear from you!

• Handle claims from first notification to settlement.
• Advising policy holders of full service we provide from hire vehicles, repairers, and contractors to assess damage of policy holders’ vehicles.
• Partner with third party providers, loss adjusters and lawyers.
• Proactively update policy holders, clients, and shareholder every step of the journey.
• Update internal systems and record in line with industry requirements.
• Compose letters and emails advising policy holders of the process of their claim journey.
