Together, MPL and MSIG Europe have reimagined traditional claims handling, co-developing a smarter, more transparent approach that delivers value and efficiency across all touchpoints of the claims journey.

At the heart of this innovation is CDAP, MPL’s live, web-based self-service claims portal. Co-designed with user-centricity and operational insight in mind, CDAP empowers all stakeholders and Brokers with real-time access to claims, tailored dashboards, live reserves, claims updates, and MI. It brings clarity, control, and data-driven decision-making to the core of modern claims management.
